  • Usage data: authentication attempts, session duration, feature usage
  • Payment information: transaction details from third-party payment processors (Paddle, PayPal, etc.) — we do not store credit card or bank account numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Validate your license and prevent unauthorized sharing
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Improve our services
  • Communicate important updates (subscription expiry, security notices)

3. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Authentication logs may be retained for up to 90 days. You can request account deletion by contacting support.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:

  • Payment processors (Paddle) to process your payments
  • Hosting provider (Hetzner) which stores our infrastructure
  • Law enforcement when required by law

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (ChaCha20 for sensitive data), secure password hashing (Argon2id), and TLS for all connections. However, no system is 100% secure — use strong unique passwords and enable any security features available.

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts beyond what's necessary for the service to function.
