1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Titanium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for personal use on a single machine. This license is tied to your account and hardware identifier (HWID). Sharing, reselling, or transferring your license without our explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your license credentials or software with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Use the software for illegal activities
  • Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes — doing so will result in a permanent ban with no refund
  • Circumvent or bypass our authentication systems

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms. Terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Titanium is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will remain undetected, uninterrupted, or error-free. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Titanium or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the software, including but not limited to game bans, account bans, loss of data, or loss of progress.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion and only in cases where the software has been completely non-functional since purchase AND no reasonable troubleshooting steps were attempted.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
